Underrated album .
Disappointed but not mad
Every rapper has there ups and downs. Even though Nas is arguably the best lyricist from the East Coast, he still didn’t deliver with this. This is his only mediocre album.
He didn't put any effort into this he said it himself. Most of these songs were just left overs... Waste of time...
Shoot em up is the best track on there
By Radar production
Not bad but not Nas
Nas slipped up but it's still a solid album
BETTER THEN I THOUGHT!

I HAD EVERY ALBUM NAS MADE UP TO THIS ONE. WHAT THREW ME OFF WAS THE TRACK WITH GINUWINE!!! I DIDN'T BUY ANOTHER ALBUM FROM NAS SINCE THEN. HOWEVER, AS I SAT BACK AND SMOKED A FAT ONE ......I REALIZED THAT THIS ALBUM WAS A BEAST!!! I WILL ADD IT TO MY NAS COLLECTION!!!!
DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS ALBUM BECAUSE SLEEP IS THE COUSIN OF DEATH!!!!!!
NaS ended the '99 correctly
Alot of people say this was Nas' worst album - it was. However, it is not nearly as bad as people say, its still a great album. The only weak tracks are "Some of us Have Angels" and "You Owe Me" which both suffer from weak choruses and beats (the Timbaland beat on "You Owe Me" sounds like the most generic Timbo club beat i have ever heard).
It's not like Nas just suddenly forgot how to rap when making Nastradamus, and then remembered again with Stillmatic. No. The reason everybody says its such a bad album is cuz everybody listens to everybody else and doesnt listen to the album with open ears, expecting it to be terrible.
Nas is the GOAT and Nastradamus does not tarnish his legacy in any way. Cop it.
It's Pretty Good
The Hot Track for Me Off Of This album was #3 Nastradamus.
Not The Best NaS, but decent quality NaS
This has much better beats and it deserves a better spot on "best Nas albums". Nas' songs usually don't consist of all great beats and this album started the progression of new track backgrounds.
